CCSI Joins Baja Contact Center Cluster’s Migrant Recruiting Campaign in Tijuana

Call Center Services International started its Recruiting Campaign at one of Tijuana's Information Modules for Migrants as part of the Baja Contact Center Cluster's efforts to provide employment opportunities to English-proficient Mexicans who were deported from the United States. Migrants are welcomed to fill out at application on site.
Several Tijuana Contact Centers will be offering job opportunities on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10AM-1PM at this Information Module, located at Melchor Ocampo Street next to "Padre Chava" Salesian Kitchen in downtown Tijuana.

Information Modules for Migrants are managed by the City of Tijuana, Tijuana's Municipal Social Development Office (DESOM), the Municipal Public Safety Office of Tijuana, the National Migration Institute of Mexico (INM), the Beta Groups for Migrant Protection, and the Integral Family Development Office (DIF).

The Baja Contact Center Cluster is a formally established civil association that combines development efforts in the region's Call Center, Telemarketing and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Industry, as well as removing obstacles that limit their growth. The cluster is integrated by contact center businesses, vendors, government offices and the community. Its goal is to contribute to the growth of the Contact Center Industry in Baja California by attracting and developing talent, promoting business opportunities with a global approach, integrating strategies to highlight the region and aligning technology to create competitiveness and closeness with other countries.

Call Center Services International is a growing company in Tijuana that provides a lower cost nearshore contact center solution to clients that expect to receive a talented, bilingual, bicultural and motivated workforce with top quality service and outstanding customer satisfaction.
